Horton Records Celebrates 1st Annual Rock N’ Folk N’ Chili Cook-Off
It’s an all-you-can-eat chili fest this coming Saturday at Cain’s Ballroom! Have a taste of some of the best chili recipes in the state while enjoying the finest live music Tulsa has to offer. It’s truly a memorable event you can’t afford to miss!
Horton Records is celebrating its first chili cook-off fundraisingevent at the Cain’s Ballroom in Tulsa. The 1st Annual Rock N’Folk N’ Chili Cook-Off features an all-you-can-eat chili buffetwhile supplies last. You can choose from a numerous variety ofchili, including vegetarian and gluten-free.
There will also be a number of musical performances all lined up from your favorite bands and performers. Some of the live musical performances include Paul Benjamin, Low Litas, Grazzhoppers, Verse & The Vapors, Pilgrim, Dustin Pittsley, Chris Becker, Robert Hoefling and Jesse Aycock.
Door prizes and an SLJ guitar raffle will be held along with asilent auction and live art exhibits! Proceeds of the event will be used to support music projects in Tulsa, such as workshops, new recordings, special events and musical festivals.
The 1st Annual Rock N’ Folk N’ Chili Cook-Off will be held on Saturday, November 8th. Doors open and food is available at 5pm, while music starts at 5:30pm. Tickets are available for $15advance purchases and $20 at the door. Student and military tickets are discounted to $12 each.
