“My husband and I had noticed online a company called Unique properties selling just that, Unique Properties. We had a 1950’s unique property so we asked Doug and Debra Jones to come over and look at our house to see neighborhood comps and to inquire if we could to sell at the price we were wanting. Doug and Debra came over and walked our house and property. They brought us the pricing for the neighborhood and comps. They let us know how to make sure our home was ready to sell. They were so warm and welcoming that it really reminded us of family. They were not pressuring us, they were providing answers to all our questions, and they promised they would make sure that we would not sell to just anyone, and that we would get what we wanted as long as it was reasonable. We decided then and there to sign to list our home and for the company to find us a newer home.
Debra Jones handled the sale of our home. It literally was sold in 48 hours of listing to the first person who walked our home. We were so thrilled!
Joy Jones represented us in the buying of a newer home. She listened very patiently on all of our wants and needs. She sent several lists over for us to look at. We looked for a few weekends and then found our newer home. We put in the offer the first day it was shown to us! She checked off each of our wants in this house. Her background in mortgage lending really helped us in financially being sound in our decisions and getting more “bang for our buck!” Our new home is more home than we thought we could get for our budget and was recently all remodeled and fit our aesthetic.
