3rd Annual Senior Lifestyle Fair Set in Tulsa
Senior citizens will be given the opportunity to learn more about their retirement options this upcoming week thanks to the annual Senior Lifestyle Fair in Tulsa. Now on its third year, the fair offers a shopping opportunity for seniors on various aspects of their retirement.
The Tulsa Police Department’s Financial Crime Unit will host the event. The goal of the fair is to help seniors become more knowledgeable about different things that will protect them and make their lives easier. There will be a chance for seniors to learn more about fraud and scams as well as other related issues of protection. Speaking sessions will welcome city leaders and professionals, including Mayor Dewey Bartlett, Oklahoma Insurance Commissioner John Doak, Tulsa District Attorney Steve Kunzweiler, and geriatric physician Chandini Sharma.
Over 70 vendors have signed up for the fair, which will offer different products and services to senior citizens. There are also booths that will present products like travelling assistance, exercise classes, and mobile masseuses.
Also part of the fair are door prizes and a free breakfast to the first 200 people who register online for the free meals.
The 3rd annual Senior Lifestyle Fair will be happening on Tuesday, May 24, from 8am to 1pm at the Central Park Hall, Expo Square.
