River Parks Authority Presents the Opening of the River Lights
It’s time to celebrate the laughter and cheer of the holidays with the annual River Lights event hosted by the River Parks Authority!
River Lights presented by Williams is the opening holiday celebration of the River Parks Authority, as it lights up entire areas along the river in Christmas lights. During the celebration, enjoy live music from Team Galaxy. Kids will also get a special visit from Santa himself, straight from the North Pole. In addition, there will be photo opportunities with the large illuminated Christmas tree.
There will also be an Ugly Sweater Run hosted by Runners World Tulsa. The Ugly Sweater Run will include a Christmas sweater contest, offering prizes for the most creative, ugliest, and prettiest sweaters. There will even be a photo booth to capture everyone’s outfits.
Join the opening celebration of the River Lights this coming Saturday, December 5, at the 41st Street Plaza, from 3pm to 5:15pm.
