Tulsa Public Schools Open Enrollment Center on Saturday
Tulsa Public Schools are set to start next week, and students are now preparing their clothes, bags, and school supplies before classes begin on Monday. Students may be excited to go back to school to see their friends and talk about what they did during the summer, but it can be a stressful time for parents. Enrollment is usually only scheduled during the weekdays, and it is difficult for many parents to leave work and process their kids’ enrollment during those times.
Tulsa Public School acknowledges the concern of working parents, and has added an alternate hours enrollment period for this Saturday. The enrollment center will be open on August 20 to allow parents who were unable to leave work during the week to enroll their children for classes. Kids need to be enrolled before the first day of school in Tulsa, which will be this upcoming Monday, August 22.
The enrollment center is located at the Education Service Center at 28th and New Haven. Parents can come anytime between 8:00am to 1:00pm. Documentation requirements must be completed in advance of arriving to ensure fast and easy enrollment processing for everyone. Parents need to bring their child’s birth certificate, immunization records, and a utility bill or mortgage settlement bill for address verification.
