SALT Yoga Opens a New Location in South Tulsa
Yoga is currently a widely practiced and universally beneficial exercise. For a human’s body, yoga improves muscle tone and helps a person maintain his or her posture, balance, as well as enhancing body’s flexibility. It also assists cleansing the body’s internal organs by bolstering natural waste flow. Yoga also has numerous benefits for the mind. It greatly decreases stress and tension while also bringing peace to your body.
In relation to the different benefits of yoga, Michelle Fail and Teresa Gawey have opened their own yoga studio, which they named SALT Yoga. The first SALT Yoga was opened last February 11, 2013 at Utica Square in Tulsa. They aimed to make yoga exciting and available to everyone. SALT is a place where a person can explore his or her abilities in a relaxed and non-critical atmosphere surrounded by eco-friendly bamboo flooring and exposed brick. SALT is also the only yoga studio in the state that has state-of-the-art radiant heating system. During sessions, the room temperature will range from 80-90 degrees, which is the optimum temperature for deep stretching. The instructors and staffof SALT Yoga are sociable, client-oriented and show impressive professionalism. All instructors are RYT-200 certified, each has undergone at least 200 hours of teacher training. The studio can also be available for private yoga lessons and birthday party celebrations.
Because the owners realized the need to make their services available to the people in South Tulsa, they are opening a new business location and yoga site in late March. Fail and Gawey are joined by Holly Roush to manage the new YOGA Salt. It will be located in the Tuscana Shopping Center at the northeast corner of 91st Street and Yale Avenue. With a new site, SALT Yoga promises a multitude of benefits for a client’s physical, mental and spiritual well-being. They also offer the best yoga mats, yoga products and yoga gear from finest brands.
